Would like a way to use the mouse to open and close the sidebar (notes list) presently setup as Show Editor Only (^1), Show Notes and Editor (^2), and Show Tags, Notes and Editor (^3).
I often find myself browsing around my notes with my mouse, and it would just be a nice convenience to open and close the sidebar. While generally writing I hide the sidebar list of notes and tags, and the mouse would be nice to open for browsing around.
This feels a bit like the mouse gesture to show/hide the formatting bar. Certainly that could also be shown/hidden with just a keyboard shortcut, but the mouse flow is nice where you can click the toolbar icon, select text to highlight, then close it, all with the mouse. Similarly for browsing around for notes in other areas.
Small request, not hugely critical, but a nice quality of life. It is also something that is kind of expected as a standard Mac affordance (seen in apps like Notes, Preview, Pages, Keynote, etc.)
