Error "You need an active subscription ..."

Windows 11

Web Browser:
Edge and Vivaldi.

What were you doing:
Trying to login or start web app via stored authentication via Edge or Vivaldi, in normal and private mode.

What feature did you use:
Login.

What happened:
After login I get an error saying: “You need an active subscription to access Bear Web”. I have an active Pro subscription. I’ve double checked that in the iOS and macOS settings.

What did you expect to happen:
No error. It was working fine a few weeks ago.

Update: it now suddenly works again.
