Exporting or printing combined files

I’m not sure if the following would be in-scope or not as it may not be in keeping with a simple yet functional MD editor.

  1. any thought to combining MD files on export
  2. are you planning on adding a print capability
  3. adding text formatting such as centering text (I know this may break the MD rules and don’t expect it but thought I’d ask)
