First thoughts on Lettera Beta

I have spent today with the beta on a 5K words document, so a good test. Thoughts so far:

  1. What would have been helpful (when comparing different versions) would have been an option to view line numbers, although find is lightning quick.
  2. For longer documents ability to show split screens would be useful.
  3. As it comes is very easy on the eye - as a visual thinker the UI is important for me.
  4. I quite like its functional simplicity. Resist the temptation to add new features just for the sake of it. They need to justify their place.
