I would also love the ability, like Bear, to drag a file from the sidebar into my current file to create WikiLinks/Node Links to the original file.

Currently, when you drag a file from the sidebar into another file, it appears to be embedded. (at least visually, that is what it looks like, as if you dragged a PDF to Bear).

Perhaps the drag-and-drop behaves differently when you’re dragging or when you use CMD + Drag and Drop vs. OPT + Drag and Drop? (Maybe one makes a link, one embeds (current behavior)).

I love apps that auto-complete (again, like Bear), when the user starts typing [[ double-brackets to easily connect one file to another.

I also love and would love to keep the function of Bear where if I add a file in brackets that does NOT exist, it would create that file upon clicking the link.

Everything related to WikiLinks and and dragging from the sidebar to the editor is a work in progress, they’ll be there as soon as we can!
