In-app note links are non-functional when accessed through search results

Environment:

  • Device: iPhone 16e

  • iOS Version: 26.3.2

  • App Version: 2.6.7

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the application

  2. Tap on the search button

  3. Select any note from the search results

  4. Once the note opens, locate the embedded links to other notes within the text

  5. Attempt to tap on any of these note links

Expected Result:

Tapping on a note link should navigate the user to the corresponding linked note.

Actual Result:

The note links are unresponsive — nothing happens when tapping on them.

Additional Notes:

  • Issue occurs consistently with any note accessed via search

  • Links work correctly when the same note is accessed directly from the main notes list (bypassing search)

  • This appears to be a navigation/routing issue specific to the search context

Can you please tell me if you can still experience this problem with version 2.7?
You should probably update by visiting Bear’s App Store page from your iPhone
