iOS search surfaces wrong notes

  • What happened: search surfaced wrong note
  • What did you expect to happen: search surfaced correct note

This was a problem on macOS. Resetting the Spotlight index fixed the issue. Issue not present on iPadOS. Currently, I only have the issue on iOS.
