Contrary to some, I think AI integration into bear notes would be awesome. Asking it to show you all your notes relating to vehicles, for example, when some them don’t specifically say vehicle but car or truck, is a very small example of the many ways it could be more useful than just search.
Will Bear Notes be integrated into ios 27 new siri revamp?
Yes. I think the integration would be as well. Actually doing the Claude/BearCLI now and very helpful in finding things in my 1,116 notes and it writing notes in there for me based on what I am doing with Claude.
I have been hoping the iOS 27/Siri would be really good with it.
I would also love having Bear support App Intents so that Siri AI could retrieve data from my notes!
Bear’s app intents support has been weak to date. They support shortcuts nicely but that’s as far is it goes. Benchmark Bear’s support here vs MindNode or Drafts. I’m sure it will come but my guess is slowly. This is why you never see Bear Siri suggestions.

+1 on this. Expanded app intents is going to be a borderline requirement for notes apps moving forward. Siri AI being able to pull from them and create new notes is essential to making any notes app feel worth using from iOS 27 onward.
