Is it possible to insert a notification/ reminder in a note? I have some to do lists and I’d like to get a notification so I can complete the to do list.

You can’t insert one into the note, but if you share the current note to Reminders with the share sheet, Bear will insert a clickable icon in the Reminder (on the right side) that takes you back to the note. Works in iOS and macOS

If you want to send each task in the Bear note as a separate reminder you can use the Bear’s Tasks to Reminders Apple Shortcut. Each reminder will link back to the Bear note.
