What feature did you use: Migration
What happened:
My old nested tagcons were not migrated.
What did you expect to happen:
My old tagcons should have been migrated.

I find in general most custom tag cons are not migrated and if some has, it is actually the defaulted tag cons automatically chosen (suggested) when we first create tags.
Interesting 
All of my top level tagcons migrated perfectly, just not my nested tags. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I can confirm. Top level tagcons get migrated but not nested tagcons.
Hmm… then it might have been updated in the new release, I should try re-migrating to see how it goes
edit : Yup, after the update can confirm the top hierarchy keeps its tag, but the subtags looses theirs.
