TagCons still not all migrated in 9695

Please see a comparison side-by-side of Bear 2 (9695) freshly migrated and Bear 1:

I unfortunately can’t see a reason why those ones especially fail to migrate. “Idées” is a top-level tag, “écriture” isn’t. I have other tags with accents that are migrated fine.

Same here. A random type of tags on 1st level and 2nd level have lost their tagcon. Less so than with the first beta, though.
