Odd behavior linking within Bear to another Note's Section with Alias (In a Table cell)

  • Bear Version: 2.3.9 (13078)
  • OS Version: macOS 15.2 (24C101)
  • What were you doing:Creating a link to another Bear note, specifically an H3 header, and trying to type out a short alias for the link. Within a table cell.
  • What feature did you use: WikiLinks, Tables
  • What happened:Bear appends a "" after each letter when typing the alias. Recreated several times. Other similar links worked fine, this one doesn’t. Also, slightly annoying that you must refresh the page when updating links (at end of video I go back and forward to do so). At which point, on this specific occurrence, the link is gone completely. I only recently started using WikiLinks so apologies if I’m doing something wrong, but I don’t think so as others work fine. Aside from Bear crashing once.
  • What did you expect to happen:Nothing, just let me type. And don’t delete the link, even if syntax is wonky.

Can you please update to release 2.3.12 and confirm you still experience these bugs? You might need to visit Bear’s Mac App Store page.
