Allow pinning of a tag even if it is a subtag.
I have a tag layout something like this…
- 1-projects
- 2-areas
- …work
- 3-resources
Where work is a subtag of 2-areas. If would be great to be able to pin this work subtag to the top of the tag list. It could be displayed like 
2-areas/work at the top of the tag list
