Preserving state when returning to Bear after a change of note title

Testing version:
2.0.5

What were you doing:
Creating a new note inside a tag view. Changed heading/title of note. Switched application from Bear to something else. When returning to the Bear app no notes is open and I have to navigate back to the note I just created.

What feature did you use:
Creating a note from inside a tag “folder view”. Changed title and then switched to another app.

What happened:
Active note is no longer active when switching from Bear and back again after changing the title.

What did you expect to happen:
I expect to return to the same note after briefly using another app.

Ah, I see. You wrote about it more succinctly than I did. I could add that it is totally reproducible and happens every time I try it.
