Pressing and holding the app --> search

I have the Bear app in the dock on both my iPhone and iPad. It would be great if, when pressing and holding the app, the existing selection menu included an option for “Search.” Thanks!

Hi! Couldn’t you just swipe down and use iOS Spotlight search instead? I find it pretty handy, and I usually find the note I’m looking for among the first results.

Yes, you’re right about that. But for me, it also finds notes in the Notes app, from emails, from messages, from iCloud Drive… it would be great if it would “only” find Bear Notes. I’ve added the Bear Notes search to the Control Center, but still, I always end up clicking on the Bear icon, and it would be great if you could just press and hold it (since the menu already appears, it would just need to be extended). But it’s definitely a first-world problem, I admit that. Thanks a lot for your tip.
