Request: Scheduled Delete for temporary notes

At times, I write notes with information which I will need indefinitely. At other times, I write notes which I know for a fact that I will only need in the next 2 hours or 2 days, and will never ever need afterwards.

I like to keep my notes clean, so every now and then I go back to delete all these ‘temporary’ notes which I no-longer need.

A small quality-of-life improvement for me would be if I could mark a note to be autodeleted in, say, 7 days. That way, I wouldn’t have to worry about the clean-up myself.

Here is an Apple Shortcut that deletes temporary notes:

Delete Temporary Bear Notes

It will delete (move to Trash) all notes older than 7 days that are tagged with #.temp

So, just tag your temporary notes with #.temp, and then:
