Sharing a bear post to Wordpress from iPad displaying tables as plain markdown

What were you doing:
Trying to share a bear post with a table to wordpress.com page.

What feature did you use:
Sharing

What happened:
Table arrived as a plain markdown on WordPress. WP doesn’t convert it

What did you expect to happen:
To see the table as in the Bear app

Shall I enable something on WP perhaps?

I’m not a WordPress expert but I think a plugin might be required to make tables work.
