A feature request originally posted for Lettera, but might be better suited for Bear.

Has the team considered any sort of features for improving viewing more than one note at a time?

I frequently write in Bear based on other notes taken and would love for a way to do this more efficiently than separate windows. I’d like to be able to cleanly see 2-3 notes at a time.

My favorite implementation of this is that I’ve seen is Stacked Tabs in Obsidian, but I’m open to other creative solutions.

I love stacked tabs too. There has been a few conversations on this topic, including requests to support the native macOS tabs, but the last words of the devs (about a year ago) was that they were pretty happy with the system of main window + satellites.

Yeah, same here. I would love to see split panes, or barring that, sliding panes. Basically anything that transcends multiple window management.
