Suggestion for easier to understand add/delete column/row keyboard button icons

I’m testing the 1650 build of Panda Writer (Bear Editor) on iOS, and I have a suggestion for the add/remove column/row keyboard buttons. While the add column/row is easy to understand, I was confused what the delete column/row buttons were until I tried them. Attached is a suggestion for the icons, if you’ll consider.

I’m leaning more on 2 and 4. I think it’s easier to understand that delete = , than the diagonal lines in the current design.

Thank you very much for the time and effort you put in this. I 100% agree, the “x” is much better and after a brief discussion we’ve decided to update the current design to something similar to what you suggested.
