I suggest that the menu change Insert Row Before and Insert Row After to Insert Row Above and Insert Row Below. Using Add instead of Insert would be pretty great too.
Why?
I sometimes forget which one is a row and which one is a column. Changing one of them to below and above is more accurate, more helpful, and is more inline with the Move commands.
