ToC - some header levels greyed out

This template is for bug report only:

  • Lettera Version: 1.0.0 (4458)
  • macOS Version: 26.6.2
  • What were you doing: reviewing ToC panel
  • What feature did you use: enabled ToC panel
  • What happened: only H1 & H2 lines were visible
  • What did you expect to happen: All Headers would be visible and indented appropriately

My H3 & H4 headers were not visible but the entries are presented and indented but the text is not visible in the OS Light mode. In dark mode, the text is visible.

SUCCESS!!!

I just upgraded to MacOS 27.0.1 and they have enhanced the Liquid Glass feature which has never worked well imho. Well, either I don’t recall or they added a new method of setting the clear or tinted option. Under “clear”, the H3-H4 headers are impossible to read in light mode. Once I flipped to “tinted”, they are perfect now.

Under System Settings->Appearance:

Oops, the above pic is from MacOS v26. I had forgotten I hadn’t updated my iMac just my MBAir’s. Anyway, now you can move a slider to go from Clear to Tinted in MacOS 27.

Now adjusting this doesn’t change the ability to see or not see the H3-H4. Whatever they did it’s fine no matter the setting - so far.
