Inspector - ToC (nice to have)

I just wanted to get this on your backlog if you agree. I realize this might be a little complex to execute but I’ll put it out there.

I have documents that have over 10k words and leverage the Headers throughout. I keep the Inspector open and jump between sections including linking (when it becomes available) and today I may not know exactly where I am in the doc. If I’m looking at a section it would be really nice if the section header in the Inspector was highlighted to indicate where I am.

Ah, that is a good idea. Initially when you were writing I thought “this is silly, no need for this”. Then I checked with my Lettera documents and I can definitely see the benefits of some sort of highlight what specific header you are on/under.

yes, this feature was alredy discussed internally, we haven’t reached a final plan yet, but we want to add it to the ToC :slight_smile:
