Why web clipper didn't add quick notes?

With Bear web clipper extension in Chrome browser,

i hope we can add quick notes via extension,

sometimes when browsing webpage,

we can instantly add note without opening Bear,

just like Google Keep,

Google builded Keep extension for quick note,

i hope Bear can do this too.

This is quite tricky, if not impossible, because Bear doesn’t come with a server side and notes required the main app to be invoked to be created.
What we can do let you invoke the main app and create the a new note but I don’t think this is what you are looking for.
