-> Arrow not rendering in outlines

• What were you doing: Making notes
• What feature did you use: wrote - > without space
• What happened: the outline is not rendering as arrow but seprately
• What did you expect to happen: arrow should be displayed in outline

Arrow after Article 50 is used by typing → but arrow in Article 50 is just copy paste from web. The Arrow in Article 50 should be rendered like in notes.
