This is probably not a bug, so I will categorise this post as Feedback:
When I want to jump to particular header from Table of Contents (outline), the editor will jump to that place but it will always show the header as last line in the editor. I believe the jumped-to header should appear somewhere in the middle (or at the top) of the editor, not at the very bottom. It would be more practical and logical.
