Cannot draw straight line properly

  • Bear Version: 2.4.4
  • OS Version: iPad OS 18.5/ iOS 18.5 (but I noticed this problem for severals months)
  • What were you doing: Drawing a straight line with the apple pencil (or with my finger on iPhone) and maintain it to make my line perfectly straight.
  • What happened: The straight line appears thicker than my current pencil is supposed to be but most of all it moves sideway. Then if undo and try to drawn something else (without maintain) my initial line re-spawn.

I think the general UI for snapping to a straight line is it snaps, and if you don’t want it to snap you undo then you get your drawn line (without any straightening), and undo again puts you back to where you started. In the video it looks like perhaps the function here is working like that except when you did multiple lines with undo after each line, for some reason all the lines returned.

We are investigating this issue. Hopefully, we’ll fix it for the next update.
