Cannot open parent tags

  • What were you doing: Just opened the app
  • What feature did you use: Tried to open a nested tag by clicking on the arrow next to the parent tag
  • What happened: The parent tag did not unfold to reveal the nested tags
  • What did you expect to happen: It should’ve openend allowing me to see the nested tags

I tried refreshing, logging out and back in, deleting cookies, etc….

I can click on the arrow next to “Notes” at the top to reveal the “Untagged, Todo, etc” options. This one works, but any parent tag I have cannot be unfolded. I can only click on them, and see all the notes that are under this parent tag.

Sorry to push but can I bump this back up? The bug is still present a week later and I saw later posts that already had replies… :upside_down_face:

The bug is really hurting my productivity because I’m at work and I can’t open my work tags, so can’t focus on just my work notes.

I am having this same issue. It only impacts two parent tags, but it occurs no matter what browser, operating system, or device that I use to access Bear on the web.

@PLF @Makefi can you please check if you are still experiencing this issue with the current version of Bear Web beta? We just released a number of fixes that should prevent that behaviour.
