Drag and drop bullets and tasks on iOS?

I’d love it if you were able to drag and drop tasks and bullets on iOS like you can on Mac. Any chance this might go on the roadmap?

By the way, I really like that in Panda you can fold bullets etc and move them around and any indented list items are carried with them. Makes outlining in Bear way more powerful.

I agree. Some outliner apps solve it very well where you can long-press on a bullet and then drag it. TBH, I would love to have that option for any highlighted text: highlight, then long-press and drag around.

Hello,

this is something we do want to experiment more but at the moment we are not sure we can have the same mac behaviour on iOS TextViews.

Regards.

Is this likely to get revisited? :pray:t4:
Outlining and rapid iteration of ideas etc. on iPad (and iOS) should be a much better experience and, sadly, I’ve stopped using Bear for this purpose. There are other text editors that allow this (even with plain text/md).

I was just thinking about this this morning. I’m finding myself outlining in Things (using tasks) which is crazy. It’s really frustrating. I appreciate Bear is fundamentally not built with blocks like Notion etc, but if there was a way to just replicate the Mac behaviour that would be great.
