First of all, thanks for such a thoughtful and well designed app. Bear has been my main writing space for a long time and I really appreciate the care you put into it.
There are two features that would greatly improve my workflow:

Ability to edit the creation and modification dates of a note
I often use Bear as a journal. In that context, being able to edit the creation or modification date is very important. Sometimes I write entries days later and want them to appear in the correct chronological place. Right now there’s no way to do that, which makes long term journaling a bit harder to manage. -
Per tag sorting options
I use tags for very different purposes. For example, my journal tag should be sorted by date, while a bookmarks tag makes much more sense sorted alphabetically by name. At the moment, sorting is global, so changing it affects everything. Being able to define sorting rules per tag would make Bear much more flexible and better suited to mixed workflows.
