Floating math equations

  • What were you doing: Writing math equations consisting of a single letter, e.g., $A$ or $b$.
  • What feature did you use: Math equations.
  • What happened: The output is floating high above the other text. See the following picture.
  • What did you expect to happen: The output should be in line with the other text.

I reported this a few weeks ago: Small inline LaTeX rendering bug in 2.7.5

One of the devs has at least acknowledged it so I’d hope it’s being addressed.
