Info panel not draggable from title

Testing version:
11586 (Mac OS)

What were you doing:
Trying to detach and reposition the info panel

What feature did you use:
Moving the info panel

What happened:
The panel is not “grabbable” from the portion of the top bar that has text on it, the way most Mac OS windows are. If can only be dragged from the area adjacent to the text.

What did you expect to happen:
For the panel to be detachable and draggable from anywhere in the top bar.

Same thing with Bear 2.0. I would also suggest allowing the users to drag the info panel when the mouse cursor is on the panel’s title.

Yep, that’s kind of annoying
