Menu / Formatting Bar is blank?

  • What happened: Formatting bar at bottom is blank - you can click on buttons but they’re not visible
  • What did you expect to happen: Visible buttons

This glitch seems to happen because of an issue with the application bundle. Can you please try to delete Bear’s app in your Applications folder and download it again from the Mac App Store?

I assume this wont screw up my Bear db?

Correct. The database is not inside the application bundle on macOS.
