All of my notes have disappeared. I am on IOS 16.5 and I downloaded the latest version from the App Store. When I did that, everything disappeared !!!
Recovered all my notes. Just had to redownload the test flight version of the app. Thanks.

Be sure to make backups.
Reverting to Bear 1 is not possible after the Bear 2 (test flight included) upgrade. I presume this is what happened for you?
