For some use cases, H1 and filename are redundant and managing both tedious. It’d be helpful to have an option where updating an H1 within a file syncs changes to the filename and vice-versa.
In the Bear world, of course, the H1 was always the title because there were no separate files. In some cases here, it might be helpful to retain the current behavior, where the filename can arbitrarily diverge from the content of the file, including one or more H1s.
Personally, I would want to keep the two in-sync in all of my workspaces, but maybe others feel differently?
