Request: reordering sections/headings in table of content

Reordering the headings by drag & drop inside of the toc pane would be a great tool for me. I made screenshot of the toc of lattics app that shows a good ui that helps to clearly identify where the heading will be dropped. [Bildschirmaufnahme 2023 01 11 um 00 56 26]

I posted a screened video to show how nice and useful that would be implemented in a good ui
