Paragraph spacing applied to list items

Since paragraph spacing was introduced a couple years ago, it has been applied too broadly, to my eyes. Spacing is being applied to individual list items as well as paragraphs, which means that a user can’t increase paragraph spacing without causing disruption to list formatting. Ideally, paragraph spacing would only be applied to paragraphs. (Users may want other elements to have other spacing options too, though that’s beyond the scope of this bug report.)

Thank you!

I second this. List spacing requires a different line height than paragraphs- because a list item is not read as a paragraph but a rather a cohesive group - a sudo paragraph unto itself. I would greatly appreciate the added control between the two.
