I come from a mix of multiple apps thinking process. Currently using Bear and Obsidian.
I like to keep my system tool agnostic. Therefore I created something which I can take with me (if necessary) in any tool I want or in future use AI.
For example for my personal daily notes/logs/calendar I use a mix of 3 tags:
Example:
calendar/year/2025
calendar/month/05-May
calendar/day/08
This allows me in the future to reference all
08th of May from all years.
All 15th of all months from any or all years.
All Mays from all years.
Etc.
Another example would be: all “authors” on topic “nutrition” and “mindset”
Which will give me all the references I need to write a note. Etc.
You get the point.
Basically, I keep my notes nomad ready as I do in real life with my things.
In order to take advantage of my system I need to find a way to select multiple tags at the same time.
Currently, Bear app doesn’t allow to search multiple tags at the same time.
Or at least I have not found a way to do so.
So this is my proposal for the future.
Allowing to combine multiple tags while searching.
