If you are referring to the fact that the second-level bullets aren’t filled, that is by design. Different levels have different bullets.

No, that’s not what I meant. I mean there’s an error in the circle display of the secondary list, which should be a full circle, but it’s a broken circle in the app and in the exported PDF.
