I’m increasingly using tags for updating the status of a note. As a simple example:
#blog/post/draft to #blog/post/published
It can get pretty clunky deleting one and replacing it. Especially, for example, if I’m dragging multiple notes onto a tag in the sidebar to bulk-update their status.
I’ve noticed the app Drafts uses a method it calls “Scoped” tags whereby if you use :: instead of / to nest the tag, it will allow only one tag at that nesting level. This allows immediate updating of the status of a note.
I’m wondering if it’s possible Bear might add a similar feature in the future?
I’m also interested to hear how other users use tags for updating the status of their notes and if they have a method that works well for them.
Thanks!
