Thank you so so much for custom font support on the latest macOS TestFlight version!!
Are you referring to iOS or MacOS version? I don’t see Editor Preferences on build 10784 on iOS
Is there really no way to revert the beta even if you unenroll and reimport a backup?
Out of curiosity - were you ever able to get this resolved?
The iOS beta is full.
Any chance you can add more testers? I’ve installed the macOS beta and I can now no longer sync with iOS…
I tried again next day and it worked fine.
So I’ve got the macOS beta enrolled but the iOS beta still says it’s full for me?
That would be the macOS version
Hey guys!
Where are the notes from the private beta located? My beta has expired and I can’t access the backup function anymore.
Cheers!
Can you just join the testflight of Bear 2, and then update your install? You would then have access to your notes and back up function…
Oh, I misunderstood and thought I’d have to transfer all that manually. Installing the TestFlight build worked like a charm, thanks!
Please add some iOS testers
I’ve installed macOS beta and now can’t use iOS, because beta is full
I am in the same boat as @christos and @SiebenSieben unfortunately - downloaded the macOS beta then was unable to join the iOS beta due to it being full, and now cannot sync between the two. If there is a way to add more testers that would be great!
Also in trouble, having deleted the iPad and iPhone Testflight “Panda” items. They were not listed as Bear in Testflight.
Have the MacOS running normally but now cannot update the iOS betas as they’re not in Testflight. And can’t reinstall as all the beta spots taken.
Is it safe to run an old beta on iOS devices (3 of them) with the most recent version running on MacOS?
Any way to regain access to the iOS betas?
I can’t quite get this to work. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling both, I can’t seem to sync my iOS testflight with the macOS version? They seem to be two different databases. Any ideas?
Mac version = 2.0 (10816) and iOS version = 2.0 (10817) ?
Feel like I’m missing something obvious, but how do I quickly move between single double and triple panel views? In old Bear I used to click that pen and ink in the bottom right corner. Now what do I do?
to do a clean Bear 2 install try this
you should in oder:
-
Delete Bear from all your iOS devices
-
Delete ~/Library/Group Containers/9K33E3U3T4.net.shinyfrog.bear/Application Data on macOS
-
In macOS preferences > iCloud > Manage select Bear and click Delete All Files
Hmm, super helpful as I was able to clean out both to a fresh slate, but no syncing between the two still. Thank you though
+1 on needing a TestFlight iOS spot. I’ve gotten it running on my Mac but iOS says I’m not cool enough to get into the club. I’ll need both to be an effective tester.
It’s in View > Show Editor only
.
I have sent messages to all the ones requesting iOS access here. If other ones are stuck please send me a PM here.
