The rendering for link previews is kind of buggy

  • Bear Version: 2.2.1
  • OS Version: Sonoma 14.5
  • What were you doing: Turn a text URL to preview mode
  • What feature did you use: Link Preview
  • What happened: Part of the text has been “cut off”
  • What did you expect to happen: The entire text should be rendered perfectly

This is how it looks like:

Here are my settings for typography:

It’s a tiny bug, but it’s kind of annoying.
Hope this can be fixed in the near future.

Hello

I updated to 2.2.2 recently and this problem still exists.
Do you have any plan to fix this?

FYI, link preview looks perfect on iOS & iPadOS:

There seems to be a padding issue with the Japanese fonts.
I still have problems with hiragana in tables.

This is still an issue for me on desktop. (Not using any Japanese fonts.) My font size is set at 22pt; text in preview links only stops being cut off if I drop the size to 16pt.
