⌘. toggle shortcut doesn’t handle mixed states well

When you ⌘. a mixed selection, it reverses each toggle individually. I think it should work more like ⌘B and other formatting shortcuts where it changes the entire selection to one state first (e.g. all done or all not done), which is by now a standard (and deterministic) behaviour.
