Typing is slow when the same doc is open in two tabs

This is reproducible with 2 necessary conditions met:

  1. A non-empty doc, with ~6.5k words
  2. The same doc is open in two tabs

If either condition is not met (e.g. the doc is short, or the doc is only open in one tab), typing is fast and snappy.

This might have been introduced with the syncing introduced recently for the same doc open in two tabs, which I really appreciated!

CPU and memory pressure within normal ranges (~15% CPU usage and 20GB memory free respectively)
