Unable to log in Brave / MacOs

Bug report

What were you doing:

  • Clicked on Sign-In with Apple
  • Logged-in with my Apple credentials
  • Triggered the code confirmation / authorization on my iPhone
  • Apple Pop-up closed

What feature did you use: Authentication

What happened:

  • Once validating access through my Apple credentials, the Apple pop-up closed but didn’t log me in and displayed again the interface “Sign-in with Apple”

What did you expect to happen:

  • To be logged-in and see my notes in the interface

Hi, welcome and thanks for the feedback. Can you confirm that you don’t have ADP enabled on you Apple ID? Also, do you happen to use any browser extension on your Brave browser? If so, could you try temporarily disabling them and try to log in again? Some extensions have been reported to interfere with the log in process.

Thanks for your answer!

The ADP is off as expected.
That being said, I disabled the extensions and could log in.
I don’t have a thousand of them so I will try to investigate on which one is problematic when I have more time and will follow-up here.

Alright, so after investigation, I found the guilty extension on my side.

React Developer Tools 6.1.2

Not sure what the conflict is though, if ever you have any ideas about this, or workaround to use both, I’d be happy to know.
