Using ios app (pro) with no issues but cant log in on MAC OS app

I’m assuming my pro app for I’m paying on my iOS app will work for macOS as well but when I try to do the login, it just gives me the endless pinwheel where it says contact in Apple, but it never goes anywhere as per this picture.

Check if you are logged in with the same iCloud account on both devices and if the iCloud drive is enabled on your Mac. If this is already the case, please write our customer support: Contact us

Problem solved. I was definitely logged in on the same iCloud account. I was not familiar with this modality of a login system. It did take about 30 mins for the Mac OS version to recognize that it was to sync. But problem solved thank you so much for the support and great product
