I purchased on my mac. my iphone worked fine, however when i open on my ipad and go to the subscription within Bear, i click ‘restore purchase’ and it just spins forever. I’ve tried everything, deleting/reinstalling, syncing. anyone got any ideas? Video attached

Are you sure that you are signed into the same apple id/account in your ipad as the one you use in your iphone and your MacBook?
