A way to change or nest already created tags?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I’m new to Bear.

Is there a way to nest tags that are already created?

I’m looking for a way to create different notebooks/vaults/journals whatever you want to call them. Master tags. But need to sort all of my current tags into subsections of these 3-4 master tags.

Yes, just click edit tag and then change it to whatever you like, including Some other tag/Under which I nest this one.

Thank you! sorry I was not able to find such an obvious answer… needed to right click the tag in the panel of tags on the left side.
