Testing version: 11586

What were you doing: annotating a JPEG on the iPad

What feature did you use: builtin annotation tools

What happened: annotations didn’t sync to iPhone or Mac, the image remained in the original version

What did you expect to happen: annotations to sync

Update on this situation: in the sync this morning, the annotated JPEG got overwritten with the unannotated one, so I lost my annotations even on the iPad.
