I would love to see better integration between Bear and the various AI chat tools. I do a lot of research in such tools and then transfer the results over into Bear where I can edit, highlight, etc… We will ever see embedded chat capabilities in Bear like with see with IDEs?
If you search this community, you will see this is probably not in the cards and that people here are rather hostile to LLMs in Bear.
It will, however, be compatible with the Apple Intelligence feature set.

Yep. Not to be melodramatic, but I would shift to a different app if that were shoehorned into Bear.

Couldn’t agree more! Every app under the sun is having AI shoved into it regardless of it provides real value or not. There is something to be said about apps that don’t have AI and a solid position on not having it in the future.
