This may be a fanciful suggestion, but I would love it if cutting or deleting text that has a footnote anchor also resulted in cutting or deleting the actual text of the footnote. I find I often cut and move sentences from something Iām writing with associated footnotes. Also, I often delete sentences that have footnotes anchors. I currently have to make additional effort to clean up the footnote text ā deleting or moving it. I wonder if there would be some intuitive way to reduce these extra steps?
